Welcome to URLSRT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the URLSRT website, application, APIs, and link management tools operated by AshParX ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering for an account or using our redirection services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Permitted Use & Account Responsibility

URLSRT provides free link shortening, custom QR code generation, link-in-bio creation, and click analytics. You agree to use these services only for lawful personal, commercial, or educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Strictly Prohibited Link Activities

To maintain a safe web environment, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy toward malicious and abusive links. You agree NOT to create short links, QR codes, or landing pages that:

• Phishing & Fraud: Route to deceptive pages designed to harvest credentials, financial data, OTPs, or passwords.
• Malware & Viruses: Direct users to automatic file downloads containing viruses, trojans, spyware, ransomware, or unauthorized software.
• Unsolicited Commercial Spam: Are distributed via bulk unsolicited email (spam), automated bot messaging, or mass forum scraping.
• Illegal & Harmful Content: Facilitate the sale of illegal substances, weapons, human exploitation, or terrorism.
• Infringing Material: Violate third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights.
• Deceptive Redirect Chains: Intentionally bypass intermediate security warnings or obfuscate abusive redirection chains.

3. Link Removal & Account Termination

We actively monitor platform integrity and review community reports received through our Report Abuse Portal. If a link or user account is found to violate these Terms:

• We reserve the right to immediately deactivate, modify, or permanently delete the offending short link without prior notice. Deactivated links return an HTTP 410 (Disabled) status.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the associated user account.
• In severe cases involving cybercrime or fraud, we cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement and threat intelligence authorities.

4. Service Availability & Rate Limits

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and low-latency redirections, URLSRT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.

To prevent server exhaustion and denial-of-service attempts, we implement automated rate limiting across link creation, redirection, and API endpoints. Excessive automated requests exceeding rate limits may be temporarily throttled.

5. Intellectual Property

The URLSRT logo, interface design, brand assets, code, and documentation are the property of AshParX. You retain all ownership rights to the URLs, content, and media you submit to your account, granting us only the necessary license to store, process, and redirect those links.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AshParX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, or from any content routed through external destination URLs.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Material updates will be indicated by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of URLSRT after changes constitutes acceptance.
